Summary

Century Bond Bhd. (CBB) is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company operates in four segments: paper packaging, plastic packaging, contract manufacturing and packing, and investment and property holding. CBBs products include paper, polymer bags, bulk bags, corrugated fiberboard, plastic bags, sealing tapes and adhesive products, plastic containers, and expanded polyethylene foam. As of March 31, 2009, the Companys wholly owned subsidiaries included Eversynergy Sdn. Bhd., Multiview Enterprises Sdn. Bhd., Prestige Packages Sdn. Bhd., Southern Polymer Products Sdn. Bhd., Pro-Art Printer Sdn. Bhd. and CB Bags Sdn. Bhd. In May 2008, Prestige Packages Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company acquired the remaining 40% interest in Gemilang Packaging Sdn Bhd. In May 2008, the Company ceased its operations in Vietnam under Prestige Packages (Vietnam) Co. Ltd.
