Ekovest Berhad is a Malaysia-based company. The principal activities of the Company are investment holding, and civil engineering and building works. The Companys subsidiaries include Binawani Sdn Bhd, which is engaged in civil engineering and building works; Milan Resources Sdn Bhd, which is engaged in civil engineering and building works; Ekovest Construction Sdn Bhd, which is engaged in civil engineering and building works; Ekovest Project Management Sdn Bhd, which is engaged in project management for construction works; Ekovest Land Sdn Bhd, which is engaged in investment holding; Saujarena Bina Sdn Bhd, which is engaged in property investment and Ekovest-Faber Sdn Bhd, which is engaged in the design, construction and maintenance of the Natural Institute for Natural Products Vaccines and Biology. In October 2008, the Company acquired 50% interest in Ekovest Brunsfield Holdings Sdn Bhd. In April 2009, the Company disposed of 49% interest in Limbongan Ekovest Management Sdn. Bhd.
