Freight Management Holdings Berhad (FMH) is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company is an international freight forwarder operating as an intermediate agent between importers/exporters and carriers. The principal activities of its subsidiaries include provision of freight services; investment holding; developing, providing and maintaining information technology (IT) software application solutions, and charterer of barges and tugboats. Some of the Companys subsidiaries include Citra Multimodal Services Sdn. Bhd., FM-Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Sdn. Bhd., FM Worldwide Logistics (Penang) Sdn. Bhd., Freight Management (Ipoh) Sdn. Bhd., Freight Management (M) Sdn. Bhd., Freight Management (Melaka) Sdn. Bhd., Freight Management (Penang) Sdn. Bhd., Advance International Freight Sdn. Bhd., Perspektif Gemilang Sdn. Bhd., TCH Marine Pte. Ltd., and Icon Line (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. In December 2009, the Company acquired 50% interest in Symphony Express Sdn. Bhd.
