Hong Leong Industries Berhad (HLI) is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The activities of the Companys subsidiaries include manufacturing, assembling, testing and sale of integrated circuits, semiconductor devices, electronic components and lead frames, manufacture and assembly of motorcycles, scooters and related parts and products, distribution of motorcycles and motorcycle components, and manufacture and sale of ceramic tiles. The Companys associated companies are involved in the manufacture and assembly of motorcycles, motorcycle engines and spare parts and manufacture and sale of newsprint and related paper products. The Companys subsidiaries include Guocera Holdings Sdn Bhd, Guocera Tile Industries Sdn Bhd and Guocera Marketing Singapore Pte Ltd. The Company operates in four business segments: semiconductor, motorcycles, building materials and others. In June 2009, the Company dissolved its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, MuZ of North America, Inc.
