NV Multi Corporation Berhad (NV Multi) is a Malaysia-based company engaged in investment holding and provision of management services. Through its subsidiaries, NV Multi is engaged in the business of bereavement care. Its products and services include exhibition halls, pet memorial garden, funeral services packages, funeral services, golden care plan, tombs, burial plots, um compartments and ancestral tablets. On June 3, 2009 and March 24, 2010, NV Multi acquired 70% and 15% equity interest in Melati Aman Sdn Bhd and NV Care Sdn Bhd, respectively. In addition, the Company disposed its 65% and 20% equity interest in Nirvana Memorial Park (Kuching) Sdn Bhd and Life Care International Medical Group Sdn Bhd on April 23, 2009 and March 12, 2010, respectively.
